We will be holding a Cosplay Photo/Video contest and would like you to submit your beautiful and amazing photos/videos. Cosplay has been gaining much popularity all over the world and cosplayers who dress in costume attract remarkable attention. This Cosplay photo/Video contest will be a great opportunity for those who love cosplay to show their costuming and acting talents. We look forward to seeing your unique photos/videos.
Entry Guidelines
○Category: Photography & Video
You can apply to the contest by uploading your video on Youtube or uploading pictures here.
○Prize: US$300
The winner will receive a $300 cash prize.
The winner may be requested to verify their identity using ID.
○Entry Period
Oct 10,2015 –Dec 31, 2015
○Eligibility
The contest is open to all including amateurs.
Note: Entries less than 18 years of age need to get permission from a parent or guardian.
Submission Rules
○All Photos/videos submitted must be the original work of the entrant.
○The photos/videos must not have already won prizes in other competitions.
○There is a limit of three photos/videos per entrant
○This is open to any genre of movie, TV series, game, anime, or manga characters.
○Displays of nudity or obscenity are prohibited.
○BMJ International Exchange Association has the rights to use the photos and videos for promotional purposes without any financial compensation to the entrant /photographer.

○Upload your best picture taken by any type of camera.
○File size: Up to 2 MB
●Video
○Create a YouTube video and send the link to us.
○Length: less than 3 minutes
○File size: Up to 2 MB
How to Enter
Please fill out the form below and upload or send your photos/YouTube link.
★If you post your photos to your Instagram account, please send us the link to your Instagram photos.

Judging and Notification
The winner will be decided after a judging session of all entries. The judges’ decision shall be final and irrevocable. The winner will be notified via email in Jan 2016.

１）募集内容
①募集部門 ： 写真・ビデオ
②賞 US$300
優勝者には、賞金US＄300を授与します。

④応募資格
どなたでも応募できます。
18 歳未満の方は保護者の同意を得た上で応募してください。
２）応募規定
①応募いただく写真・ビデオの作品は、応募者が全ての著作権を有しているオリジナル作品に限ります。
②他のコンテストにおいて入賞した作品は応募できません。
③応募は、一人につき３点とさせていただきます。
④映画、TV、ゲーム、アニメ、マンガのいかなるジャンルでも応募できます。
⑤ヌード、わいせつな作品は応募できません。
⑥BMJ International Exchange Association は、応募作品を宣伝目的で利用する権利を有するものとします。
３）応募上の注意事項
①写真
○デジタルカメラ等を使用して撮影した画像データをアップロードしてください。
○ 1 点あたりのファイルサイズ：2MB以内
②ビデオ
○ YouTubeにアップロードした動画のURLをお送りください。
○ 動画時間の長さ：3分以内
○ 1点あたりのファイルサイズ：2MB以下
４）応募方法
上記のHow to Enterの欄にあります申し込みフォームに必要事項を入力し、画像データをアップロードしてお送りください。（動画は、URLをお送りください）
５）審査・通知
応募受付終了後、審査を経て、受賞者を決定します。
受賞者には、審査終了後、2016 年1 月に登録していただいたメールアドレスにE-mail にて通知いたします。尚、審査員の決定は最終的なものであり、いかなる交渉の余地もないものとします。
